Ok. The Lottery 2 steps and some of my system's statistic are based on a 30 day period with 2 draws per day; thus 60 draws. Your game is played 3 draws per week which would mean to divide 3 draws into 60 draws [to come up with the number of weeks which would be equal to our statistics]; thus it would be 20 weeks of you playing to cover the playing period for the Lottery 2 Steps with the same average.
Conclusion: With the Lottery 2 Steps you should hit on the average of 17 or more in any 20 week period. Check this out and get back with me if I had error.
Cost of play is $1 per number.
The cost of play here is $.50 per number so the difference in the cost would have the same profits ration of 50%. Providing you follow the instructions and play for the equivalent period mentioned above.
My question is:
The only book that is electronically mailed is the 'Pay 36', which might be the best system for you. It has a constant theory and format that would be to your advantage more so than the Lottery 2 Step which has a similar principal; but might be frustrating for you to maintain do to its' fundamentals. I hope that this makes sense.
The cost would be the same as stated on the site, except your game cost a dollar and the information on the site is figure on 50 cents. One of the para above I mentioned this ratio.
All of my system are boxed. With suggestions on how to play straight. But, the profits mentioned on the site are all from boxed winnings. My concept is that if you can profit from a boxed winner; you most surely will profit from a straight winner. The additional cost to play straight must be adsorbed over the playing period. How? By putting the extra money on only the best of the predicted results for each draw with reveal and apparent indicators. But, you must cover the predictions boxed at all times.
If 20 numbers and it requires to be boxed, then it will cost me 120 to play.

No,you need to start at the lowest position in the column marked mid-day and evening and work your way up the worksheet. This is so you will have space to continue with the new numbers that come in the games. Then you will put the new numbers in the lowest position, move to the next column and bring the 2 digit combinations down. I will attach an example using the two recent result from your state.
WHERE WOULD THE LATEST DRAW GO 1 OR 55 OR NEITHER? WOULD I START AT 1 AND WORK MY WAY DOWN?
In position 55, if you use these the numbering used by the software. The main principal is to save room for the new numbers.
NOW I DO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE 45 DIGIT COMBINATIONS AND HOWTO GET THE ONE'S FROM MICHIGAN (MY STATE).

I have not started this computer at all today. I turned it off after email you last night and didn't turn it on again until now. Now that a first in years.
I'm telling you, Steve, this system is doing really well here in Florida. 14 hits in 36 drawings is really good!
I notice. The Play 36's average is much lower in general.
Uhm,... Xing 2-digit combinations, not sure I know what that is. We have front pair-back pair on the pick 3,
Yes this is what I'm talking about. On page 21 there's group of 2 digit combinations which are very good for using in this type of betting. Example the cb of 45could cover any number that comes which has that combination in it. Front pair as 45X and 54X; back pair as X45 and X54; some games have a split pair which would be 4X5 and 5X4; where X could be any digit from 0 to 9. This usually paids about 25.00 on a 50 cent box bet in Ohio.
and front, middle and back for the 4 pick.
Now, this is the one that we don't have in Ohio, Does these 2 digit combinations have to be in the a specific order? this is the only state having pairs in their Pick 4 games. Florida is pretty lucky.
By the way Steve, something must be really happening over there by your place. All of a sudden your spelling has taken a heck of improvement. Not quite sure what's going on. LOL.

Yes indeed! Tonight we got 067, right on your list of Play 36. Like I said, Steve, I am not playing much. I am mostly crunching all this info and interpreting what I couldn't see before. If this is the simplest system you sell, can you imagine what I would do with the more complex one? I remember when I wrote to you about that 2-digit comb that has been hanging since 2/16/08 (39) and your response was

Steve, I have come to the conclusion that your real purpose behind teaching these systems is not really to give your pupils a set of numbers to play (like for example the "Play 36") or a set of nine numbers to make elimination’s. The more time I spend doing stats and updating tallies, the more I believe that the purpose behind these systems is to make your students think, think, and think, so they can understand the concept behind the numbers and be able to tailor their own charts according to the different games in their own States.
You got it, to think and be consistent with what ever they do. Each system is somewhat different, yet with a primary theory, 'that the best digits, combinations and or number that has come will be the best number to return'. Most systems are created with just the reverse concept, thus they watch and predict those entities that have not occurred recently as the best to come in the near future.
I may be wrong, but that is what I feel by doing all these work.
Updating the worksheet should only take about 10 minutes because it's an objective process. I think that you spend more time analyzing the spreadsheet to pick up valuable information, which is great, you will be able to create your own systems and elimination factors. Keep up the great work.
Every day it synchs more and more and a new light bulb lights up on my head.
It's excellent that you can see that in one of the simplest system that we sell. Play 36 is one of the smallest systems listed on our site, which is why it is the only system that we sell as an ebook. The Lottery 2 Step is like the Play 36 with less than 50% of the total possibilities in charts, which must be rotated, yielding a much higher average.

No you are very far from being stupid, you picked up the information very fast.
You should see how I am keeping my tallies and updating my files twice a day.
During this is great because while you are updating the file your brain is recording data which you will start using to create information, thus using this new information to make even better decisions on selecting the best choices for that particular draw. This is the part that most individual hate doing because it takes disciplined.
Not quite a piece of cake when you have to update twice a day, but I enjoy it.
I think you enjoyed it before you started hitting by the questions you would ask.

Steve, I figure that all these numbers from the list which have not yet fallen, will soon start to fall. Just look at how many we've had this week!
They should rotate, but if you look at the history of the numbers that repeat, thus don’t be surprise it the same ones come back. Example you took it upon yourself to check back to January of this year. If those numbers that came during those months have not return, then they need to be watch now.
This sure beats the average that I calculated in my previous e-mail.
I wanted to ask you that question, because I heard about the Ground Hog story, you know, the little animal that speaks to the locals in its own language. But I always knew that the way you figured these 36 numbers out had to be something a little more realistic than that.
Yes, it more than luck and your birthday that determines what number will fall in lotteries.

I have been researching different lottery systems, websites, and several e books. I live in the state of Tennessee were they just started using RNG for the pick 3 and 4. I usually play the pick 3 and have been playing about a month and I guess I only had beginners luck since I won 2X the first week using the first system read about that was mostly picking the hot digits and could do about a 30 dollar play at a dollar per number. Since then I have came very close but cant' seem to get it.
Most of the systems I read about don't mention the different in the ball machine vs the computer RNG one.
I see you have several systems on here for purchase. My question to you is do you have one that is especially designed for RNG machines.
The machine the state of TN uses is made by smartplay and uses quantium physics RNG to generate the number. There is no pattern or a seed for a pusedo pattern with an RNG that works with quantium physics.
Any adivce you can give me on predicting RNG numbers?

There is a pattern and ways to predicted systems that use random number generators. The question is one must find the constant objectice for which the generator was created, the primary purpose and build your theory or hypothesis from the point. All of our system are created with the idea that it doesn't matter if the numbers that appear before our eyes are on a ball, black board, card or any other form of presentation, the formation of the by product is all that matter to the software developers. Many state lotteries are changing their showcase; I would love to work with you and the system that you select.
Using the hot numbers is ok, but the systems are so dynamic that the concept is useless.
If you just started playing, can I ask you if you enjoy working with the number daily? Or, would you rather cross out the bad numbers and consider play the remaining. There're many different systems on the internet, with some just being a different variation of the same theory which will yield the same results. Each of our system are unique and different totally. I can tell you what would really impress me...if you predicted the winning number for Tennessee pick 3 (with about a 20 -30 dollar play).
For a 20 -30 dollar play you wouldn't need a system actually. You could just about start writing numbers, when you think thay you have about 40 to 60 numbers, stop and remove repeats. If it falls below the range of 40 to 60, think of more and add to it until it totals the amount equal to the amount of money you are willing to spend on that drawing. For me to pick a group of numbers for tomorrows games would be very unwise. Why, because the Lottery 2 Steps has a low average of 17 and I have seen it hit over 30 times in any 30 day range. Thus, any prediction as you are asking would at the best have a 50% change of occurring. Here is Ohio the same number came in the mid-day and the evening, and the same order. I emailed the state and asked them what was the odds of the happening. They told me 1 out of a 120, there were as wrong as my spelling. I couldn't believe it. I wish I had saved the email. Plus, good business logic would say that's a bad idea.
I am not doubting your system but it would just be very impressive to me to actually see something working.
Remarks: You should doubt our systems as well as others. We have a page on our site that link to many of our competitors for you to compare. We do this because we have confidence in our product. no other site on the Internet would ever advertise a competitors products. We do.
Now I realize on your site it said avg is about 17 wins per month on a state that draws 2 times per day. If I could hit 17 wins or so per month and invest 20 dollars a play.....I would promote your system like something crazy...haha. Back to another subject....I always thought that these systems for sale online only applied to the ball machines and not the RNG computer based ones. I searched the Internet over looking for a system that focused on RNG lotteries...even got specific in my searches as looking for something that could predit smartpaly orgin system pick 3 and 4 drawings. Smartplay orgin system is a pretty populat system and lots of states use them for pick 3 and 4. I guess I was hoping I might find someone that had come up with a way to sort of "predict" how their system worked and sell an ebook or something to explain it.
Why not ask the author of the system?
So would you care (or even have time) totry and predict a drawing for me (just one drawing and I would totally be sold)

Why, because they feel that they don't own me anything. they hit and go on with their lives.
