You will play 12 two digit numbers forever in the Pick 3 and Pick 4 games; having
2of the next 3 digits[1XX] to come in any PICK3 game that has 3 different digits; example [135]
AND
Using the same 12 two digit numbers in ALL PICK 4 GAMES you will have;
2 of the next 4digits[88XX] to come in any Pick 4 game that has 3 different digits example [8835].

Within the 12 are 8 special combinations out of the total 45that are major two digit combinations in the numbers mentioned in the above para of the winning numbers. Actually, you will be watching these 8 and consider all other possiblities around whether or not these 8 will or will not come.
Example: If a number has 3 different digits and no two of the digits are even [0 2 4 6 or 8]; then two of the digits must be odd, [1 3 5 7 or 9]; correct? Yes. The 12 Determinants is only a chart that show that numbers having 3 or 4 different digits are ALL covered by 12 two digit combinaitons; except 36 that have 3 different digits like 123. And this is true in the pick 3 and pick 4 games.
Will you please, get a pen & some paper and do this 30 second exercise. Please write as many PICK4Lottery Numbers with four digits being different that you can, 10, 100, 1,000 or more. Example: 1946, 5830, 4802 are PICK 4 lottery numbers that has 4 different digits. If you can't think of any; then you can find all PICK 4 numbers at this link. PICK 4 LotteryNumbers Why use the 4 different digits numbers? Because the 4 different digits lottery numbers are very common in all drawings; just as frequent as those, are the numbers with 3 different digits which pays more and are much easier to predict. There are 84 out of a possible 120 numbers having 3 different digits which will contains these 12 combinations. The remaining 36 numbers are covered in the system. I'm using the PICK 4 with all different digits because it is the only group of number where these 12 out of 45 two digit pairs are in EVERY NUMBER and they are in 72% of those PICK 4 numbers with three different digits like 1129.

Rick, this could be the reason why you are not winning around the average Rick of 17.You said that you hit 8 times and you said that it was "very very good" in the first paragraph. I mentioned in the same paragraph above that 8 wins were low. You say in the same paragraph that you don't understand the 10 factors; yet the last emial on May 27 to said that you had mastered it. Then I didn't hear from you again until 11/7/2010 when you wanted me to replace info that you had lost. I think that you need to go though the factor again. You should be hitting more than 8 a month. Write you questions starting with factor A.

Don't play opposite of odd/even or high/low. Example if a odd numbers come like 159; don't follow with 248.
Don't play 3 or 4 digit sequencial number like 123 or 1234
Don't play digits or combinations that have not come in a long time.
Don't play alone; share the cost of playing and have discussion groups teaching and giving knowledge.
Don't play random selected numbers that you have no idea as to how or why they are predicted to win. Software are programs and programs are a group of instructions. If you do not have the instructions which will allow you to follow the procedure to verify both outputs; don't waste your time and money. Why? I don't mind to say I think the pick 3 [lottery 2 step] is an excellent lottery system and I think it well worth the money. You won't get rich quick with it, but you will be more profitable and know that when you play the pick 3, your odds are very good of hitting.

Hey I wrote you before and I decided to wait. Ok, I will be here. so take your time & research the Internet, BBB or other agencies before making a decision. But I am looking to purchasing your system soon and I wanted to know which one will help me get the most wins often pick 3 or pick 4? The Pick 3 has more winning and a bit more constant because you will be using the same set of numbers for 30 periods. Yet, the pick 4 give a higher reward for the same amout of money. It hits on a average of 9 doing a 30 period and in most state games it paid 100.00 on 50 cents box. So, if you consider both game reaching their average it would be as follow:
**Pick 3 17 hits = 17 x 41.50 in Ohio total doing the 30 range $705.50
**Pick 4 9 hits = 9 x 100.00 in Ohio total doing the 30 range $900.00
These are average winnings totals. About how much do you play per game? I have not played in months but when I played in the past ten years I average less than 7.00 a day. About how long does it take to start winning on average? That difficult to say which is why I quote an average number of win per period of time with a lifetime refunding police. I had been using old systems but havent had much luck and decided new year... new system. What the name of the system and did you purchase it on the Internet? I must admit that I am alittle nervous about purchasing one but I would like a system that works consistently that is not too hard to learn. The system is so simple that client try their best to make it hard. My hardest job in tutoring is to get them to keep it simple, think simple and be patient. Because the system do not win everyday. Thanks for answering so quickly OK the pick 4 would probably be what im interested in most. OK I have been trying to make this one system work but there is too much involved. Both system take about 30 minutes to set up for the very first time; after that it takes less than 3 minutes to update for the next drawing. After you learn the elimination factors it should take about 20 minutes to remove the numbers that are consider poor prospects for the next drawing. As I told you before ( if you remember probably not because it was awhile back) I would be playing online because its easier with higher payouts. OK, I remember -- September 9th. I sent you a simple video I brought the consistent pick three system where you play about 18 daily its cool but you seem to lose more before you win and it takes 4ever to get a profit and very tedious as far as playing in my state so I was looking for something a little more fast paced. What I like about my systems is that you have indicators which allow you to know when you should -- the main indicators are the 'hung ups' which you will learn and there is a Lifetime Refunding if the system fail to function as advertise. This means that even though you may not have played everyday and only play on the indicated days --- if the system fail to hit within the average stated --- then you will get your money back. That is a great question. I tried to use it in Florida OK and I think I got it pretty much down Great but I wanted to see what else is put there just in case there might be something easier that can help give a higher profit with a lower investment. My systems are advertised to be profitable and that is based on the clients playing every drawing; thus, if you use the one main indicator 'hung ups' it will reduce the cost even more. Using the same set of numbers sounds just up my alley. The pick 3 uses the same set of numbers for 30 days. The pick 4 system uses the same indicators until they come and they come rather rapid; they come --- I think that one of difficulties is getting the client to believe and except; and move on. I read your site so you know that you can play online are your calculations for payouts based on store winning? Yes, because the Federal Government don't take kindly to them online casinos. LOL. How much is your system that can help get the pick 4 results you mentioned? Its $99.95 + taxes = 103.90. Also, I had many client that purchase both -- which on the site if you can get though it --- you would have seen that I don't recommend it. I really think that an endorsement needs to include words which would describe your dedication, knowledge and interest to get us up to speed in this business, that without your help, remains a mystery to most people.
