Hi Steve,the winning number today Nov. 21st was 928 and fortunately I had played 298 STR/Box6 $1.00. The lottery system that gave me 928 as a favorite to play was the pick 3's Lottery 2 steps, 2nd choice, the last one of Section 2 after applying all the elimination factors. URN System Designs Remarks: This lottery system gave only one number in the section. This client mentioned that after using the elimination factors that he had one number to consider playing in section 2 and it was the 928 which is why he went over his budget and played it all 6 ways for a $1.00 and won $500.00. He is now using both lottery systems to make his final selections. The 8 Pole is uses for added support of the pick 3's Lottery 2 Steps, which he use to obtain that number. Both systems are pick 3 strategies.
