419-Legal Fraud and Scam Chat by Vbulletin
I have been accused of fraud and scam by Vbulletin.
This is a chat room discussion group,
Not a lawful agency like the FTC. Our site is the only site sellling lottery systems with a link to this Federal Agency for you to report me and anyone who fraud and scam you or misrepresents a product AND offers a LIFETIME REFUND POLICY.
They banned me because a link [which I did not do] appreared in a article which I wrote on their site which apposed the IMPORTANT MODERATOR BY THE NAME OF Mercenary. You can read about all of his possible conquests at: Vbulletin.
This ban has nothing to do with honesty, loyalty, service and respect, but all to do with someone not wanting me to give my opinion on there site when it is a negative reflection of them, can you blame him. No.
The problem that I gave him was talking negatively about his concepts pertaining to lottery systems, which I thought was stupid, and he expressed it publicly and put his name behind it; and the link that I put on that site pointing to my site. I put one link pointing to this page about the challenge and received a warning and that was it, they called it a first time warning because I was new on the site, which was no excuse. I was wrong and I should had read the terms of the site. Why would I repeat putting another link on their site, I was having a ball on the site knocking some of the systems which were being described and with pride.
Then I received this 419 ban from their site explaining that I was banned for linking. The other links I had NOTHING to do with. It was a link to some Online Casino and another was an African Mask picture referring to me as a EEK, I guess. Why would I want to link and advertise some oversea online gambling casino, they weren't linking back to back to me advertising my site. Here is the article I wrote
Some lottery system sites are intentionally deceiving their prospective buyers with different forms of illusions which their most common form is using an unstructured procedure that has no concrete theory and hypothesis in determining the most relevant outcome for a particular drawing. Thus, the results of their effort is a group of unrelated predictions that only with the element of luck falls in one of the many lottery games over a period of time which is only natural. The main factor that any system MUST have is the constant factor of consistency. What makes in group of number appear is the fact that they are not changed. Use this example or you can make your own, I will write a group of numbers just off of the top of my head  and you will see if you check all of the lottery drawings doing the day, you will surely find that one or more may have come. If you watch the list for 5 or 6 days each drawing you will MOST certainly find that many of the number which I have just quest will show. The problem with this is that it's time consuming to check all of the drawing unless you are one of the trusting individuals that put some money on them. Then you will check; but the person predicting don't even have to check because someone will be so grateful that one of the numbers came that they will inform the writer themselves.
I refuse to write any numbers now that I have given it a second thought, because it might encourage you the reader to put some money on them. But, do it yourself. Get a piece of paper and write about 16 pick 4 numbers and watch for a week or so; checking all State games. You will be surprised how good YOU ARE! Again, what makes this work is the constant variable which are the same 16 numbers and the odds of them coming in one of the drawings when most States have 2 pick 4 drawings. Oregon has 4 drawings a day. Don't be fooled. There should some way of exposing some of these Internet gangsters and []LIFTETIME REFUNDING PICK 3 LOTTERY SYSTEMS![] will do all it can.
The Lottery System Challenge is an excellent forum for witnessing who's willing to take the risk or just act as if doesn't exist. The buyer have always taken the risk in good faith buying hope. Now, it time for the authors of some of this mess take a stand and back their product.

I found out today how those mysterious links appeared in an article that I submitted to Vbulletin that caused them to ban me from their dicussion group. [smile] Vbulletin contracts a company called 'ContentLink' to use our articles for paid content advertisement. 'ContentLink' charges their clients and pays Vbullentin to use their contents [our articles] to link back to their clients. So, why did Vbulletin really ban me from their discussion group, I think it was because, and I repeat; I insulted the SUPER MODERATORS ideas pertaining to lottery systems. Now, that's an abuse of authority, if that's what he has or did I just expose him in front of his groupies.
Also, Vbulletin makes a statement about me not belonging to the BBB! I'm not a member, never has been and has NEVER stated that I was; where and why is Vbulletin's Moderator making statements that would imply that I did in their advertisement against my combpany. What is the moderator talking about? Why this company, Vbulletin with it's great standing on the Internet trying to destroy my dreams and the loyalty that I'm trying to create for my clients and visitors, is beyond me. Now this is clearly a case of misrepresentation, FTC will be hearing from me if they continue to ignore my attempts to get to the bottom of this moderators actions and remove this negative advertisement against my company. If you read the page at the link above leads, you should notice the dates in the upper left corner and the time. Two dates and time has a difference of only 18 minutes. Mercenary was quick to try to get me because the type of systems that I was discrediting was the the only system that he personally puts out and he read between the lines. On the page compare the dates between his second reply and you will see that it was a period of 3 days, which he says:
"Because there was not any reply to infraction from you this thread will be locked and you will be banned."
I never received anything that would require me to respond too; but he had to think of a reason [lie] to get me out of his domains. If there was a statement which I should had responded too, it should and would normally appear in the statement of the case against me. And nornally between the 2/06/2008 and 2/09/2008. The truth there was none, and the liar knows it. Look at the right side of the page and you will see the Marcenary has over 4,000 threads and this was the start of my first and he wanted to shut me up, and especially in his little world.
This is the type of attitude that Urn System Designs is trying to instill in its visitor about people taking advantage of one another.
I refuse to be a victim and you should also.
Any competitor that thinks this Challenge is a scam, just take the challenge????
I know that you aren't going too and we know the reasons why!

I hurt his little feeling and he got so angry that he wanted to get back at me by abusing his little position and doesn't realize that he may have broken the law in during so. Shame on you Mercenary for where is your mercy. I don't think that this person realizes that everything writen on the Internet can be verified and the truth revealed, poor little ?. You maybe liable, but when I can find the time to deal with this little liar. I will. My concern are the sales and clients that I am getting who can see truth with a little time invested before they buy any lottery systems from anyone. That includes ours.
