Ask them if they can verify the statement, name the systems which there's is better than and discribe the testing procedures used to make that determination; if you can get a positive result from RULE 1.

There is one site that claims to have the 'best pick 3', pick 4 and 5 and 6 for $9.95. You are guaranteed to hit within the next 5 to 8 drawing or your money will be returned. NOW THIS IS REAL PSYCH and HYPE. The seller knows that if you don't hit within this time frame that most buyers will not request a refund. Why? Several reasons: (1)Because, just as the buyer before purchasing the product waited for hitting a number; now they will wait a bit longer for the system to work; (2) most buyers will not want to go though the hassel of returning the product or asking for a refund of less than 20.00 and surely not for 9.95. Thus, since more will NOT ask for a refund THAN those purchasers who will equal a PROFIT for the seller.

I can make the statement that 'I AM THE ONLY' company that offers a 'LIFETIME' refund because I can READ each site and compare our return policies. How, easy, google search the terms pick 3 lifetime refund or pick 4 lifetime refund and check the results.

Remember, ALL FEASIBLE systems; REGARDLESS as to how they are developed; WILL have an PROFITABLE AVERAGE which can be determine and can easily carry a LIFETIME REFUNDING POLICY with no problem or obligation to the SELLER. Why? Because they work and because any system [strategy] for doing anything that work will continue to work for a Lifetime. Think of the many systematic procedures or techniques that you use for doing things EVERYDAY that works for you. You might think of another system of doing the same thing which works better; but that doesn't stop the older system from fuctioning as before. Thus, any warranty for a period less than a Lifetime is high risk; and is implying that it DOES NOT WORK CONTINOUSLY. Don't risk it. Remember; if it's a system; then it has consistent systematic behaviors which can be defind in time, determine with value and averaged using this information; if there is NO information available; there is NO system available for you to purchase --- just funk; it's as simple as that. Watch those 10, 20 & 30 days limited guarantees because they really do not work continously; if so, their warranty would not be limited; when they know that a longer guarantee could increase sales. Remember, that a system that has 60 wins, including doubles and triples; can be NON-PROFITABLE if the cost is greater than the income from the venture. You want profits and a Lifetime Refund.

- Watch short one liner endorsements that all sound the same ---- they are from the same mind with very little excitement. Think, a person winning thousands of dollars for the first time and all they have to say is "thanks, and you got the best system in the world". Email them and as for a better refunding deal if the system don't work. See what they do with your request.

Watch sites posting 'Pay to the order of studs' as winning tickets. They are not winning tickets; but the stud that instructs the agent as to how much to pay the person holding the winning ticket. That's the ticket that you were watching when they were calling the winning numbers! It will or will not be a winner. The 3 tickets at the top are winning tickets. ALL winning tickets will HAVE THE WINNING NUMBERS, a serial number and in the hands of the person who played it; we hope. The other 4 smaller tickets are stubs and so are these [see] that instruct the cashier as to how much to pay, you can see the word 'Pay' which I have circle on some of the ticket. After the cashier at your local agent has paid the winner; they have no farther use for the winning tickets or the stubs showing the amount of the win. Both the winning ticket and the stud can be obtain by anyone from the trash at any retail store, just ask for them or pick them up off of the floor---the person winning has got their money and gone home. The next time you are in a store that sells your state lottery tickets --- ask the person at the lottery machine about the procedure after a person win a pick 3 or pick 4 game. When I was paid today, I looked for and found the pay studs for most of the ones that I am showing you so that I can show them on this site; it is nothing but trash to them. WHY AM I TELLING YOU THIS??? There has been many sites doing this in the past and they stopped; there remains one or more sites using these studs to indicate that they are winning tickets as a result of their lottery systems. They are not telling the truth. First they are not winning tickets and there is no proven direct link to their product. Watch a liar. You should report them to the FTC which I have a link posted here. You will notice this when you see them and you can always contact the state lottery games who name is on the stud. Give them the url and ask them if they are winning tickets. Don't be pulled in by the fancy pictures of beaches, hotels, fancy cars and aircrafts which blind you to the reality of what you are getting. A promise with no real backing, support and warranty that it will work on a continous bases doing as advertised. TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ; AND TALK.

A system that saids; [You are Guaranteed to Win or Your Money Back!] is NOT what you want, because the seller can hold that winning one time was what the guarantee said and the system performed as advertised; you won--one time.

A system that saids; quote [1a]: "whatever reason, you do not maximize your profits, minimize your losses, and win MORE money in the pick-3 game than you did before..."; here you must watch the language because the site is saying that you must prove that at one point in time that you have done better hitting the lottery than you have with their product. If you have no proof; you have not a guarantee at ALL. Remember, how many persons has maintain an accurate record of their playings in the past where they can create a profits and lost statement to verify that they had; made more, lost less or won more money for comparision in a court of Law. Some of you lottery players might have heard of a Lottery Pagper called "The Lottery Bible". It is very popular in Ohio and in other states. Why is it so popular?
- It cost 1 dollar
- It has 100 out of the total 120 numbers on the inside page of the sheet.
- It has more numbers including some doubles and triples on the other side of the paper.
- It has the number over 90% of the time, 'why'? of course, almost all possiblities are there.
The unique thing about the "The Lottery Bible" is it's way of making the buyer feel that their knowledge and wisdom is of some importance’s by instructing them to play the numbers that are similar to their favorites. The irony is that if their favorites were of value they would not need the paper. And, the creator of this papers knows as well as you; that if you are playing at least 5 different 3 digit numbers, then, one of those will be very similar to the one that comes out in the next drawing. Why, because you are dealing with only ten digits and each number contain 30% of all possible ten digits. It you play more having two digits different, you are surely going to have similar occurrences.

Part II ---- So why sell systems that doesn't work?
They are profitable. I have had several clients purchase our systems, read it and have a couple of very simple questions that I cleared up in several emails. These client never said a word, they had fixed in their minds that it was another scam, it sound to good to be true, they should had known better, it wasn't the first time, and why even try; they sum it up as a lost and go on about their lives. They don't even brother to ask for help or a refund because they don't want to confrontation and the refund period is running out. So, they let it go. The winner is who, yes the seller of the system.
Also, over a period of time, seller can predict that a certain percentage of purchases by unsatisfied customers will not request a refund, [We have LIFETIME TUTORING]. Then there's the percentage of the customers who by luck and not strategy manage to get a win, then never to win again, [We have LIFETIME TUTORING]. There will be a percentage of customer that will wait to the last minute to start learning the system to find that they have question and can't get that don't want to create a mess by reporting these events because of the embarrassment felt for even purchasing them, thus this group is also predictable within a certain percentage range. Thus, when taking into consideration the total percentage rates of clients not asking for a refund for a for a poor quality non-functional product can be very high, you can see that it is very possible for business selling such products, even at a low cost, can have a very profitable business.
