Permutations/Combinations
This system ask that you choose a certain group of single digits from 0 to 9, (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9), and the system will guarantee that you will have the winning number providing the winning number for that drawing are included in the group of digits that you originally selected. Or you can call it wheeling the indivifual single digits in the selected group.

5 digit wheel [group]
If you choose 5 digits and select the digits 0, 1, 2, 3, and the 4, and omit the digits 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9; thus if the digits 0, 1, 2, 3 or the 4 comes in the number that is drawn you loose. All of the digits in the number that's drawn in that lottery game must have ALL of the digits in the 5 digits group you chose.
Using these digits 0, 1, 2, 3 and the 4, you will create the following numbers [combinations] which must come if all of the digits in the group are present. Then the 3 digit number must be one of the
following

012, 013, 014, 023, 024, 034, 123, 124, 134 & 234
Notice that the 034's two digit combinations are in all ten numbers, meaning that you should tally these combinations plus the remaining two digits. If your state's lottery has the X-ing feature; then these four two digit combinations will cover the ten numbers plus any doubles with these two digits.
Example: 03, 34, 12 and 40 are one of the two digit combinations in all of these ten numbers. If you Xed the combination 30 as follows: 03X, 30X, 3X0, 0X3, X30 & X03. This would cover the numbers 031, 032, 034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 030, & 033. This is true for any of these 4 two digit combinations where X can be any digit. There are different totals of combinations depending on the total single digits in the group. For, this group of 5 digit will yield 4 common combinations; for 6 different digits there's a total of 6 two digt combinations common to all 3 different digit numbers associated with the 6 single digits. And it continues to included 21 common for the set of ten digits. If your State doesn't have the Xing feature, then you can use the 4 combinations to eliminate those numbers that have the combinations that has come the most or the least from the group. Just keep a record of when the combinations came and what was the 3th digit that came with each of the combinations and start eliminating. Easy. Hope this little system will be of some use; but remember it only has 5 of the 10 digits in use. Thus, if the 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 comes you loose, unless you Xed your numbers and the other two digits in the number which came had two of the 4 common combinations. This system's true value exist if you use at least 7 digits in your groupings.

The truth is that these numbers are not permutations; which have been implied on other sites and costing twice as much. Because while creating them the purpose was to cover all possible ways that these 5 digits could come as 3 different digit numbers. The individual position of each of the digits making up the different 3 digit numbers were not taken into consideration. Thus, this is a group of combinations. If this was a group of permutations, then each 3 digit number would have to be considered six time as follows;
012 021 120 102 210 201 then you would have to do the next number as;
013 031 130 103 310 301, etc., [SORRY ABOUT THE PREVIOUS ERRORS]
You are Free to copy and use the above group of five digit spread, or you could call it a 5 digit wheel, except the five digits must be played as double and triple to actually be considered as a wheel.
If you select 5 digits out of the universal set of the 10 [0 to 9], then you are betting a 50% chance that you will be correct; that is, that all of the digits that comes in the next drawing will have all of these digits, and selecting 6 digits is not much better. Because, ANY 5 digits will create 10 (3 digit numbers, with no repeated digits), and the total guarantee to win cost, playing 50 cent bets would be $5.00, and YES you would win. And with selecting ANY 6 digits out of the 10 digits you will be dealing with 20 numbers and the guarantee to win cost, betting 50 cents would be $10.00;and you would win. But, using groups of 6 or less, well, why not just use a 3 digit group; just select 3-digits out of the 10 digit and just hold unto that 3 digit number until it comes.
If you select 9 digit to include into your group, you might as well use all 10 digits and decide which of the 120 three digit combinations will come.
Using groups of 7 or 8 digits seems more feasible for obvious reasons when you consider the 5 all high, all low, all odd, all even digit and their sequential counter parts.
This system is very much like URN System Designs, "ME2". In the "ME2" you are asked to select two digits that you don't like, which would leave 8 digits that you are saying that you do want to consider. The difference being, that the "ME2" has elimination factors that will reduce percentage of possibilities depending on whether you consider a group of 7 or 8 as suggested.
You must remember that a permutation is a straight number, example; the permutation of the 3 digits 493 is just that 493, nothing else. If you are told that you can win by hitting it in a box; then they are selling you the combination of the 3 digits 493, which means that you must play 6 different arrangements of the 3 digit number or of all of the numbers in the group; to win a Straight bet. The combinations of the 3 digits 493 would be the following 6 numbers; 349, 394, 439, 493, 943 and 934

Here are the scales
[a]. If you select only 3 digits in your system, then you will only have 1 three digit number to ever consider.
[b]. If you select only 4 digits in your system, then you will only have 4 three digit numbers to ever consider.
[d]. If you select only 5 digits in your system, then you will only have 10 three digit numbers to ever consider.
[e]. If you select only 6 digits in your system, then you will only have 20 three digit numbers to ever consider.
[f]. If you select only 7 digits in your system, then you will only have 35 three digit numbers to ever consider.
[g]. If you select only 8 digist in your system, then you will only have 56 three digit numbers to ever consider.
[h]. If you select only 9 digits in your system, then you will only have 84 three digit numbers to ever consider.
[i]. If you select all 10 digits in your system, then you will have ALL 120 three digit numbers to consider.
Also, when considering your two groups, try to include all ten digits in both of them.
Hint: try 7 digits in each group and include all ten digit within the two different groups.
Example:
Group 1 might have the digits 1 2 3 5 7 9 and 0; and
Group 2 might have the digits 4 2 1 6 7 8 and 3.
the difference in the groups are the digits 4, 5, 8 and 0. The digits 1 and the 2 and the 7 are in both groups.
Thus in one group if the digits 4 and the 8 does not come in a week, then you can use the group of numbers that have those digits in it, which would be group 2.
