NEW REVISED ADDITION TO THE SYSTEM
This system is now in two parts and only covers 4 digit numbers in the format 1234 or 1123.
PART 1
URN System Designs is very proud of this system because most people think that the 4 digit games are much harder than the 3 digits and they are going to be very surprise. Its not and it pays 10 times more. This could be the reasons that some states don't have it. If you are playing the 4 digit games, then you really need this little book. Follow this illustration; there are 1,000 pick 3 numbers that can come, with the first being 000, 001, 002, 003 to 997, 998 and the last being 999, Counting from and including 000 to 999 equals 1000 different numbers.During the same with the pick 4 numbers as follows; 0000, 0001, 0002 to 9997, 9998, 9999 equals 10,000 numbers. Most people think that if they can't select the correct number to come from a group of 1,000 how is it possible to select a number from a group of 10,000.
I don't want to encourage you to change your game; but this site is here to aid those who are playing and not having any form of positive results. I have been worked with persons that have hit as little as once in the lifetime of playing, who is now hitting 3 or more times a week I don't think that any of them are rich, but they are profiting more than before. With the 4U there's usually a hit within the first group of 20 four different digit numbers that's created for the next drawing.
Why is the pick 4 is easier than pick 3 I will not reveal it all, but I will give you a short demonstration. If I were to ask you to pick 3 digits out of the ten digits 0 to 9 with no digit repeated. Then you will understand how difficult this has been just for you, right? Ok, now, let me ask you to pick 9 digits out of the ten digits 0 to 9, with no digit repeated. The 9 digits will consist of the following groups, I will print the groups. The first group would be:
[0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8] 9 digits and no digit repeated
[1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9] 9 digits and no digit repeated
[2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0] 9 more digits and no digit repeated, and continue down
[3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 1]
[4 5 6 7 8 9 0 1 2]
[5 6 7 8 9 0 1 2 3]
[6 7 8 9 0 1 2 3 4]
[7 8 9 0 1 2 3 4 5]

[ 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8] This combination is the group that is in the first position above, both in red. Thus there would be possible combinations to pick from in this game of PICK 9 Digits game, (which I just created to make a point). When in the pick 3 game given the same instructions there would be possible combination to pick from in the PICK 3 Digits game. What is the point, that when asked to select more digits from the same group of objects (digits 0 to 9), the total number of groups ( which came be considered as a single number), that can possibly be created are and making the selection process
Keep this in mind when looking for a system! Look for sites that are willing to give you live help by the authors of the system. If they don't offer it, then it might mean for you to continue to search.
When explaining something in writing there's always the chance that you might be expected to read between the lines; certain things you the reader should just know or expected to know about the subject matter. This is when you need an instructor, because everyone might not read or obtain the same message that the author had intended. Thus, if there's no online tutoring mentioned in the advertisement, then look for an email address and email them to see if they have help if you don't under stand something; [no email address should causes you to think twice], Don't let someone take your money and run, playing the number in itself costly and risky enough.

This is a new factor that's been included in the pick 4 system [4U] as of September 9, 2008; it's the ability to determine the best three different digit numbers that will come in the draw after considering the best four different digits in 'Part I'. Example of a 3 different number would be 1124, 1224 or1244, it has only three digits the digit 1, and 2 and the 4.
There are many who have [Part I] which was published before the creation of Part II's features, thus to make it available to them; these parts will be sold separate.

'PART 2' CAN'T BE USED WITHOUT 'PART 1'
Again, this system is being sold in parts for the clients whom have purchased the system before the addition of this method of PART 2 and for those who want to try 'Part 1' and include 'Part 2' later, it's possible and profitable.
