Great questions; the Lottery 2 steps I would say no it has not changed; it is as contant as the sun and moon appearing. It could be improve with what I know today. You will have to maintain a record of the numbers as they are falling, which takes less than 4 minutes after each drawing. You will also, have to keep an updated record on the same worksheet of the 12 determinants; which do to there relationship will determine which of them at this point in time are the better.
