Please read and you be the judge.  He understands, what to do; [ Read email 10/24/2010, below]  but, not the theory for doing the procedures that I ask; thus; rather than just doing it, he ask for a refund.  This you will see is implied in his request for the refund dated: November 4, 2010 with the statement,  "Your factors for reduction completely throw me."

Well, 4U uses 13 pairs and predict number with 4 unique digits

The 4LL uses the 12 determinants and it covers all number with 4 digits and about 80% of the having 3 digits.  steve

Most people will not tell me when or if they are hitting with the systems.  I could use their endorsements.  I am the only site that have a line of cummication continuously open for questions and help, which is where I get some positive statements about my system; and that comes from the fact that some of them are surprise and in shock that the system work at all.

They could also tell me when or if they stop hitting which will give me information pertaining to happening.  It could be something very simple that happening.  Remember that state lottery games are very sensitive as to how the winners are determine.  And it not random. Some have been exposed; thus, others probably are hinding something as well. steve

Thanks, I can't email him for several reasons:
1.  I don't want to be reported spamming email urls
2.  It his right

But, the Pick 4U,  it only detects pick 4 numbers with 4 different digits.  So, it's doing it thing.  Last week they may have had other types of numbers; and then it could be that he is piling to much money on a single number because his confidences has increased.  It best to spread the selected predictions over many input cards and never put more than 2.00 of a single bet.  If you want to play more then you should use several cards.  The very best way is to write your numbers and ASK FOR SEPARATE TICKETS.  steve.  that machine is bad and hard to trick.

The 4All yields numbers with 4 and the majority of the numbers with 3 different digits.  I think all except 36 three digit combinations.
 I keep fairly good records, tracking 4 states for the past 2 months.

I have been using 3 of Mike K's Systems. (Code 34, QPX and Jack's Magic Wheel)
I don't know the name Mike K.  Are they done by hand or software?  I am interest to know my competitors system.  I have a client that purchase one of my competitors system and it's about using 'Key' digits.  He explain it to me and what he didn't like about it; I corrected what he didn't like providing that he gave me his word that he wouldn't give the information to the seller.  He benetics by having both systems now. 
 
I read in one of your letters that you "didn't want to spam" someone.
Yes, I was talking about your friend who purchase the system and was having trouble one week when he didn't hit at all.   I didn't know his name but I it would be easy to find since I don't sell a great deal.  The new kid on the block.

Somewhere on the average of about 20 combinations which you have factors
that indicate that some are more important than others.  On the first page
of the site, read the comment that I made under D. G. on the day his workout
gave 2 number with 4 different digits and 11 with 3 different digits; thus a
total of 35 numbers to consider.  But, the positioning of the individual
numbers on the worksheet reduce the best to about 28 number.   Those numbers
that have 3 different digits will be the ones that create a higher total to
be considered after all elimination factors.  The 4U doesn't have this
problem of larger group because it doesn't deal with the number having 3
different digits.

 This is the hardest thing that you will ever have to do in this system and it is very important that you have the digit is their ********* because depending on the ********************will determine if you play number that have or do not have those individual digits. Again, there is nothing hard than this and this is very simple but a bit confusing. You need to stop and think about what it is that I am asking you to do; not why I am asking you to do it.  All you want to know --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------. Then you move to the next number and make the same considerations.

Hello Frank:

Yes, and it is because you are thinking that the games are different and thus, the concept is also.  It is not.
1.  You take the most recent number if 1234 and you look to see which of these digits appeared ****** the other. If they both appeared in the **** number together; ********************************
Example  ****  came then **** then **** came then **** came
It would look like this * and the * came in the next number **** together. so you have to continue and then you will see that the * came without the * in the next number ****.  Then you would place the * in the first position and next the *.  your rangement now look like *  -- *  . You will now consider the other digits in that number, the * and the *, doing the very same thing [concept].   Your system is in the mail.  this is the most confusing part of the system and it is simple.  You just trying to determine which of the ten digit are most ********* or ******* than the other.  You are comparing one digit with the other.  steve

Thanks for that warn greeting.  I will clear that up in the material about doubles or triples in a number.
You will treat them as ************of that digit at that time.
****   ****   ****   ****   ****   8000 would look like this:
* in the first because it appeared in * numbers before any of the other digits [** or the *] appeared 3 times.  It appeared in *3** - 333*- ****
Then the ****  You continue until you account for all 45 two digit combination.  Next, you need transfer certain combination to the other columns.  You are finish. This will allow you to place the non eliminated predictions beside these 12 Determinant thus depending on farther elimination steps will be one of the final reductions procedures.
 
This task will take almost a hour; but you only have to do it once if you keep it updated. [There is a System Setup Service available for those who just don't want to do it; but it is simple and a one time thing.]  Before each drawing it should only take you about 3 minutes to update the information.   Then you will do the elimination steps and play. 
1st.  The first attachment is a spread sheet of how the columns that you will complete should look.  DON'T WORRY ABOUT PUTTING THE NUMBERS IN THE SECTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF THE ** AND THE * COMBINATION.  YOU CAN'T BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE BOOK AND THE ELIMINATION FACTORS.
2nd. 45 two digit combinations that you should use to eliminate each combination that you find.  This will keep you from putting the same combination in the same column more than once.  Also,  this will tell you when you *********** 45 combinations for the first column after you find the numbers which have come in your State's game.
3th.  A clean spread-worksheet

4th.   Instructions.

 I am trying to understand Hung-up Pairs
The hung-up pairs are when 2 or more of the primary combinations has not separated since they last appear together.
The priority is as so:
First are 2 or more of the basic combinations
Second are 2 or more of the non basic combinations
Third are 2 or more of both basic and non basic combinations
Note; the primary 21 are the 12 plus the 9 cbs.  If you come across a day when there is more than one of the situations mentioned above; then use the priority list above to determine which are better.

I suggest that you get it out of your mind that the system will make you rich over night. they will increase your winnings and decrease the odds.

If you are just trying to understand the pairs to the degree of being able to use them only or as the most important element in the system; then you are not thinking systematically.  The hung-up concept is only a part of the total theory.  steve

Hello Frank:
A hung up combination is just the two digit that have not separated.  Example. if the number 2374 came then the two digit combinations would be 23   24   27  34  37  and the 47  meaning that they are all six hung up until one of the combinations come in a new number. 

If the next number that comes is 2798, then the 27 is no longer hung up with the other 5 combinations leaving the other five two digit combination to together [hung-up].  I don't know how else to explain it.  steve

Hello Frank;

Here is an example of a completed spreadsheet where the person used the Pick4All system.  The numbers that on the sheet were the only numbers used on that day because there was so many 2 digit hung-up combinations in that one spot 2367,  that there was no reason to consider ANYTHING ELSE but the numbers that had those hung-up combinations. When this happens it makes the system even better.  Look at the spreadsheet for a second and notice that the all of the numbers that has one of the 12 determinants all go in the column just to the right of those combinations.  Read the notations on the spreadsheet.  The information that I put in capital letters are very very important.

The numbers that you are considering to play are ALL possible numbers that can come in the pick 4 game that are covered in this system; those with 4 and 3 different digits only.
 
What numbers?
Now where are those numbers at?  They are the numbers on the chart.  Which chart?  The chart that has all of the pick 4 numbers listed under the 12 determinants, those are all of the numbers that can come; thus only numbers under consideration. 
 
How am I to select numbers to consider?
Those are the numbers that you are considering because those are the only possible numbers that can come in the game unless the number that come has 1 or 2 different digits which the system does not cover.  So, the statement short but direct instructing you in this case to eliminate those numbers that has the 17 combination.
 
I have read this section at least 5 times and don't understand.
That is because you think that it is difficult and it is not.  It is more difficult to navigate around sites on the Internet than it is to complete one of my system.  Just think, everything that you have learn thus far you probably thought was hard until after you learn it.  That will be the same for the parts that you think are impossible now.  When you think about it what other number could you be possibly considering to play other than the numbers that could possibly come; and where are they but on the list that you are to use to eliminate thus reducing the odds to a profitable amount.  You will get it.  Just keep asking questions.

[Note from Urn System Designs:  If you try to understand why I ask you to eliminate certain numbers; then the system will throw you.  You need only to know what to eliminate.  If I say to eliminate the digits 1 and 2; then that is what you need to do.  The reasoning behind such decisions are the secret of my success and are not being sold; only the instructions as to what you need to do to win.  So, if you are interested in the 'whys'; then please do not purchase my products because I only the 'whats'  ----- to do.]

His reason for asking for a refund is because he doesn't understand concept of a hungup combination.  The only reason; never did he state that the system was not working or any other reason.

He thought I was a man of integrity; sure, he thought I was going to be a kind hearted fool.  Just another one of his cheap tricks to get something for nothing.  Remember this is the man who said that his friend told him about my systems and that his friend hit the pick 4 six times in one week.  But the next week he didn't hit at all.  He wrote me to ask it this was common with my system.  I reply, yes because it is advertised as winning 9 times in 30 days and just 7 days has pasted.

Thus, I am writing this for one reason; and that is, if you too are like this man  ----  don't purchase and waste your time.

    Hello, my name is Steven  and I am the owner of this site and the creator of its systems. I'm writing this page to introduce myself in the only way that I think that you are interested. A business relationship stating that my product will perform as stated and you are purchasing it for the purpose that it is intended.

   To start, I would like to apologize for some of the mistakes that I have eventually found on the site, and you will probably find on this page. But, I will double-check it when I finish. It's my very first and I saved by doing it myself.

Hoping that if they saw this that they would be aware that I was aware of this Law, and thus would not violate it. I also, challenged my competitors to do the same. I received an email from one of them, saying that by having the statement on the site would make a visitor think that I was doing something wrong and misrepresenting my product. So, I removed. I again, put it there because I did not want my visitors to feel that they where going to me the victim of a scheme. I wouldn't want to be anyone's victim and certainly do not want to victimize anyone.

   The reason that I'm mentioning this is because something has happen between me and a customer that I would like to share. I have save all correspondences with the exception of the very first ones, which I had no indication that I would need.

   This customer's name I won't mention, so I will refer to him as Mr. Ad.

    Mr. Ad and I discuss the books for almost a month, he was trying to decide which one was best for him. He told me that he kept records and records of the out come in his state's game. He couldn't decide between the Lottery 2 Step's Original or Short Versions, so I decide to tell him that I thought that the Short Version would be better for him since he kept such accurate records. I explain that both books had the same average of 17 per month. When I told him this them he decided that he should go with the Original which cost more. I repeated that I thought that the Short version was best. These emails went back and forth for weeks. He said, that he thought that I didn't want to sell him the Original (which cost more), I should had known then that this person was going to be a problem. Then an email came and he asked me to please send him the Original on a trial bases. Now, I thought that I was going to become a victim. I refused and explain to him about the refund policy.

    Within a couple of days, I receive his order for the Short Versions. Off and on he would email me saying that he didn't understand the book and I would ask him for the page # and the statement that he was having trouble with. He never would respond to my request. He kept emailing me and blaming me for causing him to buy the short version, which doesn't explain why he is doing certain instructions. He would say he needed to know why he was doing something. This went on for a bout 2 months. Until he finally answered my questions which allowed me to respond.

   I showed Mr. Ad, that he had missed 34 winning numbers in the last 75 drawings. I sent him a full explanation of how he would have obtained each number on each drawing. It's so simple. He did not respond. So, I emailed him and asked if he got the email and did he understand I got the winning numbers using the instructions. He said no. So, I emailed him again to find out what is it that you don't understand? I couldn't believe that he didn't understand it. He emailed me back and said that he didn't get it. So, I put the explanation on a page on the site and gave him access to it. This went on and on.

   Next, I received ANOTHER order for the Original Version. I emailed him and told him that he didn't need it, that it was the same book. He pleaded with me to send him the book. I emailed him and explain that I was going to refund him his money. After he received him refund from Paypal, he re-ordered the same book. He emailed, me and said that he wished that I would consider sending him the book this time, that he would figure it out. Mr. Ad never had direct questions about the instructions in the book, only about how the system works and that he needed more information. I send him the book after refusing to sell it and refunding it before.

   Two day after that, Mr. Ad send another order for the 4 digit book which cost more than the other two books put together that he already has. Now, he has 3 books which none of them he said he understands. I started to refund this one before mailing it, like I did the other, but I knew he would re- order it.

   About 3 or 4 days later, yes, Mr. Ad emailed me and asked for a refund for the 3 books.

   Including the one that I refused to sell him and had refunded him in the past. I refused. He has threatened to shut down this site as he had done with so many others. If the Authorities say that I must refund him again, then I will, but I won’t make it easy for Mr. Ad, because is behavior as justified by actions.

   Mr. Ad has decided to make me the victim, and I refuse to make you or anyone a victim of my actions, and most of all allow myself to become a victim of someone who behavior is so obviously dishonest.

   Again the reason for sharing this with you is to attempt to gain your trust, and to let you know that I do honor my refund policy, and sometimes just writing the problem helps to diminish its presents.
