I am totally lost.
Are you lost as to how to use the book and work the system? Or, do you mean that you are lost as to how to use the setup and its format? Since you haven't used the tutorial, meaning asking me questions I assume that you understood it. What you need to do is email me when you have a question. Here is a brief summary of the Lottery 2 Steps.
1. You must select YOUR chart to play for the next 30 days. Just do that, and that all.
2. You must use the elimination factors to reduce the number of pick 3 numbers on the chart. So, to keep from marking up your book, I would suggest that you make a copy of that chart. Then, purchase a plastic sheet potector so you can take a magic marker and start scatching off the numbers which the elimination factor instruct you to do.
3. You arrange the remaining numbers after the elimination process on the chart that I have setup. Place each of the remaining numbers beside the most recent 2 digit combination that's contain in it, [use only the 13 basic combinations in each of the remainning numbers]. Then you will do this going up the chart until you have placed all of the remaining numbers not eliminated.
I don't know where to start.
Start first selecting a chart and email me back. Then update the setup chart by putting the new fallen numbers in the first column and bring down to the recent positions the 2 digit combinations in the other columns. Keep this chart updated after every drawing while you are tutoring with me on a regular bases.
Even this system setup chart I unable to print.
I don't know what to do about your printer not working, other than you making a copy of it and hand writing it.
Tell me from this chart today may 29 which number to play for pick3.
I can only tell you using the system which I would need to know which chart you are playing. Then after working the system out you would know at a moment glance which number are the best to consider. The system removes all quesswork, thus if I gave you a number now; then it would be just that; quesswork. You don't want that, and if I did it for one then I should for the others.
If you can help me how to start predict the next day drawing.

WOW! To have a return answer is impressive. To have one returned so quick is well, ubelievable. However, I am grateful. Due to a busy schedule I haven't been able to get to you before now.
Looking over some of your systems, I noticed 3 of interest. ME2, 8 Pole and Lottery Two Steps(ME 1).
There are two Lottery 2 Steps, one is the short version and the other the original, I don't have one titled the ME1. If I mentioned it as so, then it was a mistake.
Are all three for Pick 3 games?
Yes they are all Pick 3 games systems.
If so, which do you recommend to start with then move on to? In Tx. we have 2 daily draws, 6 days a wk. How many draws would I be actively in
You can play both draws per day or one. There are instructions that indicate when to play and what to play.
& what kind of budget would be best?
Here is how I would list them and there average output of predictions:
ME2, second choice This system will have about the same yeild of predictions per draw, but not have the high average as the Lottery 2 Steps because the group of numbers that will be created are constant. It's a system that you will get to know faster because of the constant variables, thus decreasing the amount of time needed to make decisions for each draw.
8 Pole third choice This system has about the same features as the ME2 with a totally different strategy. The idea is very good to integrate into any of the other systems, thus using it to determine or stess the importances though the comparison of the results from two or more systems.
Right now, if the computer programs I'm running selects less than 10 sets- I play otherwise I passs.
What is the name of the program?
My plan is to move on to Pick 4 draws with the winnings from the Pick 3 draws.

First, I am a retired man who enjoys working out various lottery systems. I will bet when see good results on a workout. Corel's Quattro Pro spreadsheet is my favorite due to its math formulas etc. I found that the popular lottery software is not consistent with a basically random lottery situation.

But I do enjoy playing with the numbers involved. I like the Florida Fantasy5 but would like to bet with a good system or systems to win on the FL Pick3 and then the Pick4. I will use your three free systems that you have shipped to me but I feel that one or two of your systems would be a very good choice to help me better understand your techniques.
I find the concept of recording pairs back a great idea. I have read your web pages several times and I find that I still do not understand some of the terminology and techniques so that I may order the proper systems.

What am having trouble with is the column headings, 45/cbs, Primary/21, 13/Basic, NON/Basic,Chart Number 1/Sec 1, Sec 2, Sec 3. I do know what they mean.
Oh I see, Bob I'm sorry about that I didn't take into consideration that you wouldn't need these columns. I haven't sold very many of the less expensive systems and overlooked the fact that the permutation/combination, Me and Pick all your digits don't need those columns. Most of those heading are for the Lottery 2 Steps and the other system. But, I will explain them, but you don't need them, only use the columns which you are asked to in the system which you purchased. This what they mean;
45/cbs, --these are the 45 two digit combinations the ones that I email you so that you will keep them updated for placing the 3 digit numbers in your list beside the most recent of these 45 combinations. This will be the only column that you will be using.
Primary/21, --There are 21 two digit combinations that I titled primary
13/Basic,-- In the 21 primary are 13 that I have titled basic the remaining combinations are Non Basic with equals 8 =NON/Basic,
Chart Number ---On each chart there are several 2 digit combination that revelant to each chart
1/Sec 1, Sec 2, Sec 3. These are 3 separation, thus farther prioritizing the 3 digit numbers on each chart.
I am at a dead stop at the starting gate.
A system that explains this will get me started. Hope this explains my situation.
I''m sorry but you only need to use the 45 combinations and separate the previous 3 digit numbers into there 2 digit combinations, Thus if a double comes as 334, then you would naturally record it on the spreadsheet as 34 or 43 both are the same conbination. I understand that you thought that you were missing information. In the book there more information which is the reason I mentioned that you should not play until it arrives. I just email you the list of numbers because to give you some of what you had purchase immediately. Sorry that I didnt consider the information that you didnt need. Just use the 45 from the email. I think I may have sent you a list of the 120 three digit numbers also, You can use that to omitt the numbers that are not on your list, My having them in the 0, 1, 2, 3 and etc, columns, you can see which numbers you should consider if you eliminate the digit one or two.

Answer: Thanks for your interest in both types of systems. Depending on
which of the Pick 3 system your are interested in will determine if you
should buy them both at the same time because some of the pick 3 system
requires your full attention and would thus limit the time you would have to
spend on the Pick 4 which is where the money is at. if you would decide to
purchase both then you need to prepare yourself to deal with one at a time.
In Illinois, we have 2 picks for each lottery
per day, one at noon and one in the evening. Will your
methods work here in Illinois?
Answer: Yes Robert, very much so. We have the same games in Ohio seven day
a week, twice each day. I do play.
Would I have to play
both drawings or can I play just one drawing per day?
Answer: No you don't have to play both drawing. After the drawing which
you decide not to play, you will have to update the information for that
drawing to prepare for the drawing which you intend to play.
I would like to add the if you plan on purchasing more than one system,
consider using our System Setup Service which you could purchase one for
your Pick 3 games and another for the Pick 4 games for your State.

Ha I play 4 digit numbers in all states online. was wondering if you had info on most drawn numbers in all states for each month? most hit numbers from all states for month or months is what I,m saying? thanks Dan
I'm sorry but I don't record that information because I have found that it's irrelevant. I did it for years with the state of Ohio where I live and came up with the concussion that when considering different ranges the numbers that came the most would change radically when that range or period was changed.. Example, if I use a period of 1 year and came up with three numbers that actually came the most; then those same three numbers would cease to maintain the same average when the range was extended to include another year. Thus, if the three numbers have any true value due to their frequency during the one year period; they would had maintain it during and with the extended year. Hot numbers don't stay hot for long, it they did the Lotteries would go broke. With you playing so many games if would be difficult during a system for each state, thus I can see why if you have such information it would be very useful. If I may, I would suggest that you play less states. Oregon has 4 draws per day. With a good system that should be enough, rather than playing all of the states and hoping for luck to prevail. Strategy, skill and accurate data use to create useful information for make constant correct decision is always better than blind luck. Thanks for your interest in our products, Dan.

Could you tell me what I would have to do if I purchase the System Setup Service?

All you would do is the following:
1. Keep the setup kit updated, meaning severytime a number comes in your state's game you would have to move the 2 digit combinations to the most recent positions. This should take no longer than 2 minutes.
2. Get the list of 4 digit numbers and cober ti with a clear plastic cover so that you can take a easerable marker and cross out the numbers that fall under each of the elimination factors.
3. After you have finish eliminating, You will have to take the remaining numbers that have not been eliminated and put each number beside the most recent 2 digit combiantions on the speradsheet that has the 45 two digit combbinations. Make sure that you ONLY put the numbers beside one of the 21 PRIMARY combinations. And you, starting from the most recent numbers that you have placed on the spresdsheet contining the 45 combinations.

There are no formulas, just easy instructions very much like the Lottery 2 Steps which you can read more about at the site.
I would have at least a $25 budget for each drawing.
Remarks: Playing $25.00 a drawing you will NEVER NEED THIS KIND OF MONEY FOR any of our systems. thus, if you do spend it you will be making a good profit.
I'm not very familiar with the lotto games.
Remarks: Do you understand the money pay off between the Pick 3 and the Pick 4 games? All state games have an Official State Lottery Site that will explain the details. You can do this by searching Your state and Official Lottery Games. There will be information about the pay out on the money bets. Since you don't know much about the Lottery games indicates that you probably don't pay much attention to the drawing results other than which number just came out.

A general view of the system are:
1. The chart at the end of the book are the only numbers for you to select from.
2. You can copy the numbers, re-write them on a larger sheet of paper and put the sheet inside a sheet protector so when you cross out the bad numbers for that drawing you can erase them for the next.
3. Use the book and follow the elimination steps.
4. Decide if you are going to play first or second choice predictions.
The numbers on the chart that are in bold print are the best for that section.
If you are having troble with understand the elimination steps, give me the page number and a brief quote of the sentence. I will be here.
